Please read the following information carefully.

    1. If you only use the website for information purposes, do not log in/register or otherwise actively send us any information. We will then only collect the data your browser sends to enable you to visit the website. This includes, in particular, your computer’s IP address, the date and time of the request, the status and data volume transferred and the website from which our website was accessed. In addition, we collect product and version information about the browser used and your computer’s operating system. Your computer’s IP address is only stored while you use the website and then deleted immediately or anonymised through abbreviation. The other data is stored for a limited period. We use this data to operate our website, in particular, to identify and remove errors on the website in order to make the offer more user-friendly, to ascertain utilisation of the website and to make adjustments or improvements.
    2. In addition, cookies are stored on your computer while using the website. These are small text files which are stored on your computer’s hard disk and which store certain settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. As a rule, a cookie contains the name of the domain from which the cookie data was sent and information about the age of the cookies and an alphanumeric identifier. We mainly use what are known as “session cookies”. These store what is known as a session ID with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to a session. These session cookies are deleted automatically as soon as you close the browser. Cookies enable our systems to recognise the user’s device and to make any default settings available immediately. Cookies thus help us to improve our website and enable us to offer you a better, more tailored service.
You can configure your browser as required and, for example, decline the acceptance of certain or all cookies. This may, however, result in constraints on the availability of the website.
  2. Use of website services
    1. Besides the use of our website for purely informative purposes, we provide various additional services. You must usually supply personal data for this. If additional optional details are possible, these are indicated accordingly.
    2. We only use the personal data you supply without your explicit consent to provide the relevant service. After the service has been provided in full, your personal data will be locked to prevent further use and, if applicable, deleted on expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your personal data or unless further storage is required or permitted for other legal reasons.
    3. On our website we offer you the option of contacting us via e-mail and/or by using a contact form. In this case, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the contact. It will not be disclosed to third parties. We will only use your e-mail address and personal details you have provided voluntarily to mail you the newsletter if you have given your express consent. Providing an e-mail address is sufficient to receive the newsletter. Any additional personal details you have provided voluntarily are only used to personalise the newsletter. There is a link at the end of each newsletter via which you can cancel the newsletter at any time.
  3. Additional data collection
    1. Google Analytics
      1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files which are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in USA, where it is stored. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google beforehand in Member States of the European Union or in other countries which are contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only sent to a Google server in USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about website activities and to provide the website operator with additional services relating to the use of the website and the internet.
      2. According to Google, the IP address of your browser sent as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
      3. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please be aware that in this case it is possible that you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of this website.
      4. 5. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIp”. As a result, IP addresses are processed in an abbreviated form, preventing them from being directly linked to a particular individual.
      6. Further information about terms and conditions of use and data protection provided by Google is available via the following links: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
    2. Google Adwords/Conversion Tracking
      1. As a Google AdWords customer, we use Google conversion tracking, an analysis service from Google: When you click on a Google advertisement delivered by us, a cookie is placed on your computer. It is used to clearly identify a browser of a particular computer and expires after 30 days. Cookies do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
      2. The information obtained via the cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking (in this case, us). However, this does not enable Adword customers to personally identify users.
      3. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please be aware that in this case it is possible that you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of this website.
